This is a listing for a Ramla - Teller of Fortunes'Soul Journeys' Maasai Figure which is a limited edition resin figure from 2004. It has a plaque on the bottom which can be seen in image 7 which states that it is no. Approximately 32cm tall at highest point. I popped a standard sized mug in there for some kind of scale in the 2nd image. There are a few marks that can be seen on image 6, they might have even been there from new.
