Rare DOULTON Limited Edition STUART LADIES Figure - HENRIETTA-MARIA HN4260. This is a superb and rare Royal Doulton figure of Queen Henrietta-Maria, wife of King Charles II of England.

It was modelled by Pauline Parsons. It was issued in 2000 as one of The Stuart Ladies series.

Henrietta-Maria was issued in a limited edition of just 2500 pieces. This figure is number 176 of the edition.

The figure stands 9¼ inches tall. It has a Royal Doulton backstamp with limited edition details. I have been made aware that this model may originally have been produced holding a lute or mandolin, but this piece does not have one.
